Request Registration Fee

Important Note: Providers must have a signed registration fee agreement on file with the Compliance Team. Please click here to download the registration fee agreement and upload it to your portal documents under the “Registration Fee Policy” tab. Send an email to compliance@elc-ec.org after you have completed this step.

  1. Login to Provider Portal
  2. Select Enrollment
    • Manage SR Enrollments
      • Registration Fee
        • Eligible for Payment
  3. Check the child that you are requesting payment for:
  4. Select “Request Payment”
