Okaloosa County- The Little Learning Academy - Lead Toddler Teacher
Summary: The Little Learning Academy is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to grow with us!
We’re a small, family-owned school that believes great childcare starts with happy, supported teachers. With small classroom ratios, hands-on owners, and a team where your ideas matter, we strive to create a workplace where teachers feel just as valued as the children they care for.
What You’ll Do
Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment.
Plan fun, hands-on learning through art, sensory play, music, movement, literacy, math, and play.
Support children’s social-emotional development and independence.
Track developmental progress through observations and assessments.
Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families.
Maintain an organized, creative, and inviting classroom.
Work collaboratively with your teaching team.
Follow licensing, ratio, health, and safety requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Previous childcare or preschool classroom experience required
Knowledge of early childhood development and positive behavior guidance
Dependable, energetic, creative, and nurturing
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience with curriculum, assessments, or early intervention is a plus

Okaloosa & Walton County- Emerald Coast Help Me Grow - Florida Care Coordinator
Summary: Provides comprehensive family support by connecting families, professionals, and community partners to Help Me Grow Florida services and resources. Conducts developmental and behavioral screenings, assesses family needs, coordinates referrals, and provides follow-up and advocacy to support positive child and family outcomes. Builds collaborative community relationships, maintains knowledge of early childhood systems and local resources, documents services and outcomes in STAR, and participates in ongoing training and professional development to ensure high-quality support for families.
Pay Range: $32.05 an hour with a maximum of $50,000 for the term of the contract

Summary: Full Time. Mon- Thurs with paid time off during Spring Break and Christmas Break. Help prospective early childhood educators navigate early childhood college programs and provide guidance when they call, email or pop in!
