Increase child care capacity, as number of slots available for young children is severely limited.
Increase quality of subsidized school readiness services through training and technical assistance.
Utilize appropriate screening and assessment tools for subsidized child care in accordance with state statutes.
Increase outreach to unique populations, and increase community awareness of strategies for increasing child well being.
